Helene Rayevich Jack and the team from Leverage Planners made me feel like part of the family right away. Their story about the snail, the hare and the turtle convinced me I want to be a turtle. They were extremely patient with me, gave me clear answers to my questions and let me know what I could expect every step of the way. I was hesitant in letting someone else manage my money but now I feel very confident knowing that my money will continue to grow and that Ill have guaranteed income when I retire.

Joy Martinez Good experience but my Gosh, the guy working the front desk in the front on Aug 28th around 1pm. He was helping a younger lady with the name Megan. He called her up just fine. She then gets called by a different banker. He said “I’m helping her, just drop her back in the queue.” Then another banker calls Megan. He glares at the banker. The banker goes “did you grab her?” He says with the rudest tone “yes”. How are they supposed to know? Meanwhile my grandmother is standing up because she doesn’t have her card and didn’t know she could still use the kiosk. He says “ma’am you need to check in at the kiosk and wait your turn” so rude? But anyways. Next banker calls a different persons name. Nobody comes up. The rude guy yells “just grab whoever is first! Jesus Christ!” Across the whole building. I watched him be rude to 3 people in the span of 5 minutes and stopped paying attention after my grandmother got called. It was ridiculous. Quit if you don’t like your job or can’t be nice to people, especially the poor coworkers. It’s embarrassing to them you speak that way to them but more embarrassing you behave that way as an adult. Idk who he was but I believe his last name started with an R from afar. Has to be a hostile work environment with this guy.

Fred Mednick Clear, moral, thoughtful, personal, efficient. Were thrilled.

Travis Forcier Refused to disclose the location of the vehicle to retrieve personal items. Which is illegal btw. Have called multiple times, Tammy is very rude an unpleasant to speak with. This is a P.S.A do not do business with them they should face criminal charges for there tactics to fraud there consumers. I believe ever negative review I just read about them after personally experiencing 90% of it for myself. IT DONT MATTER IF YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS ON TIME THEY FIND AWAY TO TAKE THE CAR FROM YOU WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW PAYMENTS LEFT.

Dave Stroud Been in to talk to John a couple of times and he is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about helping. I would highly reccomend that if anybody needs financial consulting to go to Anderson and Anderson. 5 stars.

Faye Krippner We enjoyed our first meeting with Donell. Personable, friendly, and is going the extra mile to make sure he is finding all the ways he can help.

Ken March I recently opened an account, have called them several times and even used their contact form on the website. I have always gotten a rapid response.
