1 /5 Tony: At first Kelly was great. Then out of nowhere I became a burden to her. It seems as if when I finish signing the document and she gets her commissions worth of pay, I become a dogchit customer that is very annoying to her. Professional service has left the chat. Having a bad day much? Was not impressed. I was surprised and confused when her tone changed. Made me wonder if I did something wrong myself. I plan on returning the loan and going somewhere else. Shawn on the other hand at the other branch helped me with my issues I was having, ANOTHER loan officer at a DIFFERENT branch helping me with excellent service. Kelly treated me like I had Down syndrome, treated me like trash. Her information given when going through paperwork was terrible but I tried rolling with the punches. Jezus people can’t even fake a smile well without dying of pure ego overload. Hate these guys

1 /5 WYR Shorts: I would give minus stars if I could. These people are inhuman. When my loan was secured by my vehicle and I was behind of payments these unempathatic people repossed my vehicle even without giving me proper notice. They tell me they did attempt but I was NEVER informed on my end and didnt know until they impounded my vehicle. Under state laws this is ILLEGAL. Dont ever do any business with these heartless inhuman people.

1 /5 Roberta Tecumseh: If you’re going to apply with one main apply at a different location as the Kent location claim they are short staffed then they will say the person that’s working on your loan is out or on another phone call. I’ll have he or she call you back later then they wait to call you towards the near end of the day. or they wont call you back at all. kent location SUCKS. their communication is BAD. I asked to transfer my application to Auburn location. the lady who answered the phone said just call up the Auburn location then hung up the phone on me. Like their kent employees are making their company look bad. they wont or are slowly sending my application over to the Auburn location.

5 /5 Kris Hendrickson: The ladies at the Kent location were so personable and patient with the fact that Im not really experienced with technology, they walked me thru everything and as we spoke we just had lovely time and laughed a lot. It took all the nervousness of such a situation and just calmed me down. Ive dealt with them a few times and every time has been a pleasant experience for me. Just a great comfort in trying times they are very understanding and non-judgmental. We all find ourselves in a bad situation from time to time and they made me feel a lot better than I did when I started the conversation.

5 /5 Evangel Faimalo: Kelly was amazing and the whole office was very kind and warm. They did their best to make you comfortable. It was such a quick and easy process and they helped me grow my credit score! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Or anyone really!
