He went above and beyond to get a 911 situation resolved and when we hit a road block he didn’t stop, he kept trying to find other solutions. The customer service given now days is not always the best so when Kevin stepped up it made my day!!!

My credit was not great, but we were able to find something that worked for my debt consolidation needs and they were willing to revisit the loan terms once Id established regular on-time payments. The whole process was very straight forward and fast. Ive since re-financed with a different loan at a lower APR, but the OneMain loan was able to hold me over until I was able to do so. The communication with the Northgate office was excellent -- they are extremely friendly and informative and never made me feel embarrassed about my situation.

4 /5 Travis Kidd: If you are credit challenged, they will work with you as best they can. Mine was OK and they offered me far larger then what I even wanted for some debt consolidation. I worked with Robyn and they were a pleasure to work with. I passed for a lower value one closer to the monthly payment I wanted. Yes, you may have a higher percentage rate then some others, but you are always welcome to shop around and you can always re-pay more then your payment or even towards principle if you want to pay less on the life of the loan. They were quick, professional, and had my money to me in less then 24 hours after providing necessary collateral documentation and coming in to sign only took about a half hour. I do see lots of negative comments but people are acting like they had no idea what they were getting themselves into, or stopped paying, or never made arrangements when communicated, which is what happens when you dont pay your debts or respond. If you are actually serious about paying back the loan, they are great to work with and quick to process.
