5 /5 Rosalia Ramirez: We were referred to Novo Legal and started working with them back in 2018 and due to the pandemic and other understandable circumstances, we are still working with them. There was a point in our journey that we were feeling like we were forgotten about and taken seriously. Then, we finally got Laura Sanchez working on our case and she was extremely helpful with getting our case moving, keeping us updated along the way. Within months we finally heard from the USIC. After we this portion of the process was final, we were working with another person then we started working with Diana Alvarado. She was just as understanding and helpful. We were expecting that the emails with her would be like the others and would respond to us within a week. But we were surprised that she was on top of everything and very quick at responding to our questions and concerns. These two amazing ladies have made us feel seen again! We cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are to them!
