5 /5 Trinity C. Paredes: I have a possible malpractice case regarding a hip replacement surgery that does not a positive result. I was advised to call and get representation by an attorney. So, I sent a message to this law firm and Sarah Licha from the law firm got back to me within 24 hours. She advised me that the firm does not take orthopedic malpractice cases. Right away, she offered to give me some information on where I can search for an attorney. She emailed me several websites and links to attorneys I can either message or call and she even suggested that I prepare a short summary of my case so I can copy and paste it when I send a message to law firms. I was really impressed with Sarahs helpfulness and willingness to help me in another capacity by providing me very useful information to start the ball rolling in my quest for a good attorney to represent me as Ive had initial conversations with friends, relatives, some in the medical field who suggested that I get a lawyer. To summarize, the surgeon put in a bigger device or new hip and it made the operative leg about 2 inches longer than my other leg. So, now Im walking with a limp and the uneven walk is aggravating a pre existing back problem. It has caused much difficulty in a few areas in my day to day activities. I wish there were more people like Sarah. She gives your firm a good name. Shes polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional even if she knows I cant be your client. The information she provided to me makes my difficult recuperation and recovery so much easier! Sarah is an excellent employee and truly a.big asset to your firm. Thank you!
