5 /5 Tamara Mielke: Thank you, Mr. Morgan, for being there for me. Wa DOL took my CDL truck driving license away. The reason was the examiner who gave me my CDL skill test was found guilty, not giving some people their test. Inside inspection, outside inspection test. Cone test that demonstrates you can back up and do a 45, and driving test. I completed all these tests and passed. I have been working for this company for 7 months done over 80k miles. Now Washington state wants me to take the written test plus the driving test again. I appealed and got a hearing. I called and Mr. Morgan answered the phone. I tried to tell him what was going on and he said i dont have time right now, but I will call you at 1:00 pm. He called and I sent him letters from the state and a letter from my employer stating Im a safe driver and lot more information. Mr. Morgan talked to me for more than a half hour and help me discuss the situation for the hearing. He gave me good advice and he said I would be able to handle this on my own. How many lawyer would say that and not charge you for their time. This got me thinking of looking up the RCW 46.20.305 which they are saying Im incompetent, and unqualified driver. That I had a accident on top of all of this. Wow so wrong. I never ever had a accident in my truck and trailer. Now Im waiting on the judgement which will take 10 to 14 days. I pleaded my case from the help of Mr. Morgan and soon this will be behind me. Thank you for being there for me.
