Kevin Ott Wow! Am I nuts, or what? The prosecutors office is super friendly, service minded, and realistic. I had a small matter before the court. I met with the prosecutor prior to the hearing to plead my case. The learned counselor listened to my position and understood the mitigating circumstances. Subsequently, the prosecutor moved for dismissal. Dismissal was granted and the case was dropped in Klickitat County. I dont know about you, but that has never happened to me personally. Got to give a shout out to the entire court staff. Thank you for keeping us safe and for weighting the scale of justice with mercy and compassion.

He was competitively priced and when my ex-wife tried to take my kids out of state he helped me through getting a restraining order dropped and the judge sided with me on 5 out of 6 counts. What was particularly surprising was Mr. Kontos knowledge and experience. In my first appointment he told me what the court was likely to do. In the end it was exactly as he said. I cannot recommend him more!

David Marod So I wish I would of met David under different circumstances but as it was he defended me in a DUI case. He was actually referred from a long time friend and our family attorney. My regular attorney said "if I got a DUI in Whatcom or Skagit, David Jolly is who I would hire". The team of David and Janean at David Jolly Law is really an uplifting breath of fresh air for anyone that hasnt navigated this brutal and broken process. They help you go through every step of the way, from dealing with the DOL to Alcohol assessment all the way to trial if it comes to that...everything. I dont know how people do it alone or with a public defender. I also encourage you if youre facing this decision in northwest Washington to read Davids book. It really helps anyone understand. My case came out as good as it possibly could have and more importantly I had someone by my side helping which I am most thankful for.
