This was very complicated involving: 1. locating an heir to a potion of the involved properties and establishing that person as the executor of an estate. 2. Purchase and sales agreements involving 3 parcels of land and 4 individuals. 3. Creation of easements involving 4 separate parcels of land. 4. Donation of a portion of the proceeds to a separate group. 5. I’m sure he did more but I’ve lost track. 6. I’m amazed that Zachary was able to put this all together. 7. I highly recommend him.

A Richardson Jason is by far the best attorney for your bankruptcy journey. I searched for over a month to find one that would be able to take my case. I needed an attorney that would let me know what the process looked like, gave me a guide for what to expect, what he needed from me, and spoke to me like a human versus a check. Jason provided all of that. He was genuine, thoughtful, and supportive. During the consultation I was able to get my questions answers, my nerves calmed, and a plan for what to do. There was no pushing me to do anything, Jason provided options and gave feedback based on my circumstances. ketohunter Miles Jack Green was the attorney we needed to get us out of a jam. He would respond to our calls quickly and got our questions answered. He had great communication and told us about every outcome that could happen, he was never afraid to put his foot down and defend us. Pierre Belin Paul managed my diminished value claim to resolution, dealing with the at-fault partys insurance (which was under insured, making things more challenging) and my own insurance and got them to settle. The process, save for some initial homework and the outcome was pretty much the best case scenario for me. I fully recommend Pauls services. Just beware that you need to be armed with patience to see a DV claim through.
