5 /5 John Grey: I recently used Madison Law to help me with a very complicated Divorce. My advice to anyone going through a divorce, is to work with Roger, Celeste, and Hannah. They are a great team and are very honest and great at getting you to relax and just get the job done. Which is the most important thing. This is not a Greedy firm as evidenced by the fact that they are Ultra Fair with their Billing Practices as well as their Honesty and Integrity in helping you with your case. Roger is great at financial assessment and knows the ins and outs of Thurston County Family Court, and is someone you can trust . Implicitly. I would give Madison Law my Highest Recommendation. This is a small Family Law Firm which also works in your favor!!! The Office is Quiet. Clean!!! And Everyone is Hospitable!!! They do not charge for every little thing they do for u. And they could if they wanted to!!! Like other Law Firms. That is not their Style. They are so generous with their time and treat you like a family Member. They return calls in a very timely manner. 5 /5 Marissa: I decided to hire Roger & his firm in December of 2017 to help assist me in 2 separate cases with my daughter’s fathers in establishing parenting plans & child support modifications. Roger was the second attorney I hired due to my first lawyer not being able to focus on my cases fully in order to get them moving forward. After about 10 months of getting nowhere, I started my search for another lawyer, which was Roger. There is no doubt in my mind that I picked the best lawyer and his team to assist me with what would become a very long grueling process. Both of my cases ended up being very highly litigated and almost reached the point of trial. I remember being in shock that within a matter of a few weeks after hiring Madison Law Firm, Roger and his team had accomplished more on each of my cases than my first lawyer did in 10+ months. 5 /5 Steve OMalleys: In 2015 I began the arduous and exhausting task of getting divorced. Buy midway through 2016 I was mired in a complicated legal struggle that included false accusations of child abuse, investigations buy CPS, restraining orders, the appointment of a GAL for my children, and wild exaggeration of my finances. At this point my attorney had back out of the case after my inability to fund his continuous loses in court. I began the difficult task of preparing for trial myself. Feeling hopeless and at a serious disadvantage I approached Roger in the court house for advice. This was the best decision I made in the whole process. I met Roger at his office a week later just to pay for some advice. I ended up hiring Roger and with in two weeks he had made more progress on my case then myself another attorney and my X wifes counsel had made in two years.( I mean that literally.) Soon there were agreements drawn up, and a realistic conclusion was on the horizon. Despite been accused of domestic violence and child abuse I was given 40% time with my 3 young children, two week nights and every other weekend. I was order to pay child support based on my actual income, and the division of assets was fair and equatable. I was even able to keep my home. I dont know if anyone is truly happy with the outcome of this process, but I can not imagine it working out any better. Throughout this trying and confusing process Roger and his staff kept me informed, explained complicated details in plain language and patiently guided to a resolution that exceeded my expectations. Roger gave me sound advice and was correct in all of his predictions as to how things would play out. He understands the law and the process very well and is very adept at pushing to a conclusion with getting bogged down in the mud. Prior to hiring Roger I had been fleeced by another attorney who lost 5 straight hearings in court and took many thousands of dollars from me and did considerable damage to my case. I then attempted to represent myself and only made matters worse. Roger was able to put all the behind me and put and end to it. After the conclusion of my case and Rogers withdrawal he still followed up on loose ends my x wifes counsel had left and made sure all the details were taken care of. He and his staff are completely top notch, they are kind,compassionate, knowledgeable and effective. The people in his office have answered every question I asked and never left me in the dark. For people who are going through this process without legal counsel and think they cant afford it, believe me you cant afford not to have counsel.Roger is a great lawyer, when I went to him I was totally screwed and help me more than I thought was possible. They care about their clients and give sound advice and are willing to share both the pros and cons of any decision you might need to make. They are cognizant of time and cost and work hard for you. If you have a family matter that needs legal review and potentially go to court, this law firm in my opinion is one of the best.
