David Marod So I wish I would of met David under different circumstances but as it was he defended me in a DUI case. He was actually referred from a long time friend and our family attorney. My regular attorney said "if I got a DUI in Whatcom or Skagit, David Jolly is who I would hire". The team of David and Janean at David Jolly Law is really an uplifting breath of fresh air for anyone that hasnt navigated this brutal and broken process.
