Veronica Harris Aside from being a Debt Collector, the services are fine. If you never let anything go into debt, and monitor your Credit report like YOU SHOULD, youll never have to deal with them. I called, talked to Jared I think was his name is it was fine. He was nice, and you know a debt collector. If you dont want to have to deal with a Debt collector then DONT ACT LIKE AN CHILD. And take care of your stuff. Other then that, they were nice each and every time I called.

Zachary Petty Julie Jackson was absolutely the best lender Ive ever worked with. She took my calls and texts night and day to help me understand what was happening. Lauren Purvis The student advisors and other staff are super helpful when things get complicated. I was having a problem with MyCAA website being down, and the staff helped me getting everything I needed prepped and ready to go for when it came back up to create my voucher and pay my tuition. If one of them isnt sure they dont just tell you "I dont know" they try and find someone who would know which is something I love. They dont just leave you lost and confused. Erin was my student advisor who helped build my plan and everything and I loved her shes super sweet and fun!

Drew Olson The women that helped me were very helpful and knowledgable about my specific situation which made the experience that much easier and better. Most of all they werent all judgemental about my reason to be talking to them. I would recommend the staff that I dialed with to anyone who has fallen on hard times and just needs some knowledgeable advice or great assistance with a rough patch in life.
