1 /5 Jason Treichler: Awful. Cash a paycheck and get a week long hold on it. Last month, they only put a 1 day hold on it. Said due to repeated overdrafts in last 6 months. There have been 2. And both of them were from atm fees charged AFTER I had sufficient funds for the purchase that put me over. In fact, one of the only ways my account can be overdrawn is by them themselves charging fees WEEKS after atm use. Its a basic account thats very hard to overdraft. And now has had over a grand in it for months now and this is how u treat customers like that? I totally woulda understood it but why not last month? Why last month was it only a day? Now I cash it a week after the date on the check and have to wait ANOTHER week. I called to try settling the issue and they still are on the side of ridiculousness. So stuck going ANOTHER week without my paycheck. Even being a customer for a year, Im not trusted and Im a delinquent. No overdrafts that were my fault this year yet u pull this $&i/ on me. Not to mention, no temp cards like every other bank does if u lose or waiting on your first card in the mail that takes 7-10 business days. Had to deal with both of those, except I had fraud on my account instead of physically losing my card and had to wait over a week for my new one. If the hold isnt released, which the person on the phone said it wouldnt be, Im done. Ive put up with more than I have anywhere else so why stay. Had my credit union account for over 10 years and never had to deal with garbage like this. Ever.
