Rachel Shaina Kim Aril helped me through the most difficult period in my life- divorce and creating a parenting plan. I believe my case is considered to be high conflict, as I was the victim of domestic violence from someone with a military background and who had just been hired as a police officer with a local department , and our child was only 7 weeks old when I began the divorce process. After several consultations with different attorneys I knew Kim was who i needed in my corner. She is incredibly intelligent, ethical, fierce, honest and knows the law well. I’ve retained Kim twice and both times the outcome was in our favor. I hope that I do not find myself in a situation again where I need to hire an attorney , but if I do I will always hire Kim. She is as honest, realistic and she never made me any promises which I respect.
