I was very reluctant to hire a lawyer, which may have been very apparent to Jack when we met to consult the case. Jack is very personable and made me feel way more comfortable with hiring him. In the end, Jack was able to negotiate with multiple insurance companies beyond what I was going to be able to do myself, and was of great benefit to my son. I dont like that an attorney is necessary for certain aspects of dealing with insurance, but I was very glad in the end to have Jack as my sons attorney. He was right. We did need him.
