I prefer this type of straightforward communication as Ive had some lawyers in the past be rather vague when dealing with issues that are already frustrating in the first place. I think when people are entrenched in this sort of professional landscape it can be easy to forget that not everybody has as much experience with understanding law. I dont write a lot of reviews, but these folks wont waste your time. I appreciate it.
