There were times the opposing side was difficult to talk with, when I (the client) was cut off joe made sure i was put back on. He is very under control he does not overdo things. I called the first lawyer I could contact in the Thurston county area. This was the law firm I called. There was a missed call, but Ryan called me back within 10 minutes of my initial call. I gave him the short and sweet of what was going on, and he told me he would call me back with an answer. Within 2 hours of initial contact, I had the EXACT paperwork I needed in my email, with a video from Ryan himself expressing the differences in the charges I had dismissed. 10/10, if you need someone whom is kind, empathetic, and all around a genuine person, give Ryan a calll.
