He came recommended by way of a different lawyer who was working my case who ended up being promoted to judge in the middle of my legal proceeding. I was so scared and had had an awful thing happen to me while working at a VERY large fortune 500 company. It was sort of like David and Goliath going into it… words alone can’t express how trustworthy, patient and kind Dan was to me. I was traumatized and he took things at my pace, gave excellent advice and even told me what advice he wouldn’t give which made me trust him more. We walked away with far more than I would ever have imagined from a trial scenario let alone doing it by way of meditation/settlement beforehand and sidestepped litigation altogether. I didn’t even have to talk about what happened to me with the other side or with the mediator. Dan handled it all, got it approved in the most favorable jurisdiction for my type of suit and brought on a most incredible, complimentary team that knocked it out of the park. I’m humbled and just so totally grateful that there is someone as decent as Dan in this world. I can’t say enough about how well every step of the way was handled. He is 100% a gift from God in a very uncertain arena.
