1 /5 All about The truth: Extremely unhappy with this public defender and the services I was given. Did not feel cared about at all. Very disappointed and wish I could have been given someone who actually cared about me and my situation rather than someone who just viewed me as another criminal even though this was my first ever offense. So much for being allowed to defend yourself on your own property. WA laws have gone to crap. All it takes is a situation like I am going through to make someone completely give up on their life. This has screwed me and if I could have gotten a better public defender, it could have gone so differently. I wasn’t advocated for but rather was advocated against and public defenders are supposed to have your back, not the prosecuting attorneys back.

5 /5 john smith: Joshua was my public defender for four cases in Colville, this was a pack of frivolous lawsuits but while I was away for work they went to warrant status and there I was, a wanted man. Joshua went far above and beyond what was expected, and with his help the warrants were quashed and the charges dropped. I highly recommend Joshua, he is both an amazing lawyer and a good person, who will fight for his fellow man far past the point when other lawyers might give up and throw in the towel.
