5 /5 Tulane Seville: The same day I was issued a citation, accused of speeding on I-5, I hired Garguile Law. I made this decision after vetting five firms on expertise of the problem, the geographical area, reviews, and interview (yes, I interviewed them). I completed my paperwork and paid the fee same day I hired them. The paperwork and fee payment process were straightforward and user friendly. I can say the same for the client portal I was provided access to at this time. Thirteen days after hiring them, I sent one email asking why I had not seen proof of response or activity, given I had legal responsibility to respond within a timely manner as indicated on my citation. I received a response from there within 24 hours. From then on, their communication was impeccable both via text and email updates. A court date was scheduled less than a month from the date of citation. I was not required to attend and was represented by the firm instead (which helped me avoid rearranging some important travel plans). Garguile provided an easy to read and understand ‘what-to-expect’ document with all possible outcomes transparently articulated. My ticket was dismissed and my record remains spotless as a result, keeping my insurance rates down. Not once did they promise this would occur, but they promised they would do their best to fight for the best outcome. I appreciate the outcome and I appreciate the simplicity Garguile provided so I can remain focused on my demanding schedule.

And they were local. I talked with a few people on the phone, everyone was very helpful. They went to bat for me, twice -as the court date kept getting bumped. A lot of places have decent reviews, but I went with Garguile law since they’re located within the county of my ticket, and I thought that they’d know more about how to handle it. Working with this firm is incredibly easy. Just a few documents at the start to confirm you’re working with them, and then they take care of the entire case for you. You don’t have to show up or anything. It’s just smooth and rather stress free. Fortunate for me as I was out of state at the time of my court case! I was able to get the ticket fully dismissed! I’m a newer driver, so the insurance increase would have been completely unaffordable for me. Now that’s something I won’t have to worry about. Instead of potentially permanently paying more each month, I just had one smaller payment that pays for itself. Thank you, Garguile law! You did great!
