5 /5 Mike Garland: Ive used Stephen on several occasions. His prices are fair, has never had a hidden fee, and, if possible, tries to find ways to use the court system only as a last resort. Excellent with HOAs whichever side Im on as well as landlord tenant law.

5 /5 Enoch Strok: I was referred to Steve Freeborn by another attorney from Kent. I was told that Steve specializes in Commercial Tennant & Landlord Laws for Federal Way and indeed, Steve is a specialist. I read the review before this, whom gave a 1 star rating, but after further investigation, it looks like that person gives everything a 1 star for no reason. So far, Steve has been very straight forward and helpful. He knows his stuff and ao far we have saved more money by using his services since time was saved by his knowledge & interpretation of the law. Looking forward to using and referring him for future questions and in the situation where litigation is on the horizon regarding commercial laws. Consultation was reasonable and the hourly rate afterwards was fair.

1 /5 Jordon: This law office has one or maybe two lawyers not so cheap when asking for money but still an idiot.He probably has lost a lot so judges dont pay too much attention what he has to say!
