5 /5 Lynndys Stahli: They took good care of both me & my car when I backed into a tree. My only complaint is I didnt buy the insurance that would have give me a rental car. I recommend that everyone get that too.

1 /5 Tyler: WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE EVER DELT WITH. INSANE RATES!!! $450 a month for a 2019 chevy Silverado 1500, NOTHING BAD ON MY DRIVING RECORD, ZERO, I BARLEY EVEN DRIVE, I switched to another big insurance company with 500k in coverage, max uninsured motorists, with max coverage in everything, plus rental and AAA assistance (the max) way higher coverage than what Allstate was giving me and it was way less than half the cost that Allstate was charging me, they always call and try and collect double the premiums as well, I’ve never dealt with a worst insurance company to be honest, do yourself a favor and just steer clear.

1 /5 Gaynor LaForest: WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! Followed by the worst smooth talking agent ever. Ive been insuring 2 cars and a house for over 30 yrs. and have never had such poor service on a simple hit & run in a grocery store parking lot. It literally took over 4 mo. to get my car in the shop because ALLSTATE refused to contact my body shop. As soon as this claim was settled I switched my coverage and canceled my auto & homeowners policy. BEWARE if they call to solicit your business. I would give them 0 stars if possible
