Despite this, the firm failed to file critical paperwork for months, misspelled names in legal documents, and left me tied to financial liabilities I was told would be removed. These failures created major personal and financial stress. This goes far beyond clerical mistakes. It reflects either gross negligence or indifference to the responsibilities they undertook. Whether I was the paying client or not, I was materially affected by their failure to act with care. Others should think twice before trusting them to handle serious legal matters.
