3 /5 Stephen F: Friendly people, and Ive heard theyre a good consumer bank. They promote "investing in the community" while rejecting becoming a preferred SBA lender to support small businesses who face challenges accessing needed capital to create more living wage jobs. Difficult to get a business loan if theyll even talk to you at all.

5 /5 Gene: Its always been my favorite bank! Never had a problem other than someone handing me a check to cash that was fraudulent, they picked up on it right away and asked me what happened and I didnt know, but they handled it well and Im staying with them

1 /5 Wayne Weiderman: This bank used to be all about customer service until it went public. Now its all about the $$$. They closed my favorite branch (downtown) and installed a trash automated teller. They closed the drive up window on 8th. The closed all except one branch on Saturdays. I can say I am in the market to change banks. I have always despised public traded banks and this one is no exception.
