Eric J. was IMMENSLY helpful in assisting me with finding coverage, as well as ensuring that I had the correct and sufficient level of coverage. We spent a good long time on the phone hashing things out and he was the epitome of patience. Furthermore, when there was a bit of a snafu due to the policy start date vs when I closed on the house, Eric took control of the situation and prevented my coverage from being cancelled.
