Jennifer Kilts We have used Propel Insurance 9 of the 10 years we have been in business. I can tell you first hand Michelle Newberg is the best of the best. When I was fooled away from Propel by Ryan at Federated (which I give a negative 5!!! Stay away from Federated Insurance) for a measley savings I did not take into account the whole package you get with Michelle. She knows the insurance industry inside and out. Her knowledge and dedication is PHENOMENAL!! I called Michelle 3:00pm on a Friday and she was happy to hear from me even though I had made the decicion to leave Propel for Federated a year ago. I asked if she could get me insurance by Monday and she worked through the weekend to get this accomplished, which she did! She is top notch, over the top AMAZING! I broke up with Propel but am so happy to be back together!

Taylor Datuin I love my State Farm team!!! They are the best! They’re kind, informative and always solve my problems! I’ve worked with other insurance companies in the past and had a terrible experience. The Kurt Kwon State Farm team change my perspective of insurance. I don’t dread making the call with questions or to make a claim. Not only do they provide great rates but they know their stuff and can explain insurance all in a way for anyone to understand. Mairi Campbell I adore Brad and his whole crew. They are always have the answers and if they dont right off the bat know then they find out and get right back you. Ive had a few different insurance agents over the years but Brad is the best hands down in my opinion. You couldnt ask for a better insurance agent or insurance company as far as Im concerned.

Tom & Cindy Henderson When our HOA was shopping for insurance someone mentioned Angle insurance. I called them and Valerie was who I talked with. She immediately impressed me with her knowledge and attention to detail. The quote I was quoted was fair. She did a great job keeping me informed of the process. In today’s world where it’s seems customer service is nowhere to be found Angle insurance and Valerie are a breath of fresh air. I couldn’t give any higher recommendation if you are looking for insurance.

KandieMai Spaet If you do not have insurance through this gentleman I would highly suggest you consider it. . My aunt and I broke down in front of his office with my two children,7 and a 3 mth old.He offered his office as it was so hot out and his was air conditioned. His receptionist gave us cold water and color books for the kids. We were going to walk to the hotel 4 blocks away and he pulled up in his car and offered a ride. Much needed as it was 80 degrees out. As my aunt went in to pay for the room he came in and paid for it out of his pocket. What an angel. So so kind. A stranger with kindness of extreme measures. We just want to say Thank You Mr. Lovell, we will certainly pay it forward. Last but not least he ordered pizza and had it delivered unknown to us. Kids were happy. So if this is how he treats compete strangers ,for sure I would have him as my insurance guy. THANK YOU again. You are our hero and gives of faith in humanity again.
