3 /5 Jimmy Harris: I went here today with a large cash & coin deposit for our business. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed and to use the drive thru. I don’t usually use this branch, but the location was convenient today. I drove around to the drive thru and there were several cars in line. It was taking each care about 10 minutes to be helped. When I arrived at the speaker I wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes (arrived at the speaker at 10:30 am and was acknowledged at 10:45). When I explained what I was there for the teller appeared about to tell me they couldn’t help me, but then said to drive around and that someone would meet me at the door. After I was in the teller that helped me was friendly and very helpful. That is the only reason this is 3 stars and not 1. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:20 and left at 11:00 for a simple business deposit (and after driving around the building and waiting). The teller informed me that people were out sick so they were short staffed, which makes sense, but they could have said for large deposits to call and wait in their car to come inside when they open the doors.

1 /5 Mark Harbinger: Long-standing Business Customer (17-21)...went to re-open an account and it seems theyve had some turnover there. They were pretty rude and ineffectual. Acted like the account I wanted to set up couldnt be done (of course, it just turned out to be an internal glitch in their systems...I went to a different bank and it got done right away).
