Columbia Bank - Kent (WA)

1 /5 Cecily Bishop: The service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AT THIS BANK! I was told there was only"ONE PERSON" in this bank that could do transactions! Its ALWAYS the same, everytime I have to make a simple deposit! 20 minutes today! Staff your bank properly or close your drive thru! Youre just asking to be robbed when youre understaffed! REDICULOUS!

1 /5 Robert McReynolds: My work check bounced for the 3rd time in the past year, I had to come to the company bank "Umpqua Bank in Renton , WA" and they wanted a $5 cashing fee, I told them the company will pay it, they refused to cash it and told me to not come back. I admit I got mad, but this should not happen, my bank dont charge me a fee and their bank is too shady, its not my fault I had to come to their bank. Warning: DO NOT USE THIS BANK EVER!

1 /5 S H: Ive come to this branch 3 times through the drive through and ever time its been at least 10 minutes before someone comes to talk to me. I was the first person in line twice

1 /5 Chris Dubs: This bank is horrible. I had a Columbia account for years, then Umqua comes in and takes over. I spent over an hour on two different lines trying to get a hold of customer service, once they answered, the woman on the other end says, "Thank you for holding but I am busy" Click! I never got charged a service fee of $3.00 when I had the account with Columbia, but here comes Umqua with fees and zero overdraft protection unless I pay a fee. I have played this game long enough with this horrible bank, I have taken my finances elsewhere.

5 /5 Feras Rabi: I starting coming to this branch now that Dee is the new branch manager. She is great and her team there gets the job done in a timely manner consistently. I can always count on them to take care of my banking needs!
