They are sure to make recommendations if they are unable to assist. On a personal note, attorney Ashley Grout is very personable, down-to-earth and a straight-shooter. Her secretaries are always available to answer questions or schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. They always check in with updates when able, and never enter negotiations without prior approval. They arent afraid to stick it to the insurance, and walk me through the legal process. Id trust them to handle any future cases of mine. Go dawgs!
