1 /5 Brittney Goodman: Must not be a very good insurance office since they dont even have a voicemail that Ive been able to reach the three or four times I have tried to call them so far (I work 7:30am to 4pm and dont usually take a lunch, so havent caught them during open hours). They keep sending letters to my dead mother attempting to collect a premium for home owners insurance for a time period AFTER the house was sold by the estate and the estate was closed by the courts... four months ago. My mother passed in June of last year. I guess the mortgage company didnt communicate with this company, but I cant either because they dont even have a voicemail to leave my contact info on. So here it is - your customer Sherri Goodman passed away June 5th, 2024. Her house sold December 23rd, 2024. Check Spokane County Court records or county property records for proof.
Edit: I snuck off at work and tried to call in and at least finally got a voicemail I guess. As stated in my voicemail, my mother passed almost a year ago and the estate is closed, ending my obligation to act as administrator as well as revoking my powers to do so. From a legal perspective, it does not seem to be in my interests to sign anything. You folks dropped the ball here not realizing that my mom had died and that the property had been sold months ago, you can clean up your own mess without my help.
