His staff and him went out of there way to make sure my sister and I got the care we needed. Im telling you facts. The facts are you will not find a better attorney in Tacoma Seattle or the whole N.W. I have not been put by anyone to write this I am just someone they helped. Even in personal situations, he is the type of guy to dot every "i" and cross every "t". He is also an eloquent writer and speaker who cares deeply for the people he represents. 1 /5 Karen JORDAN: Our experience with Otto was the most Unprofessional and Pathetic we have ever had with a supposed professional. My 3 children and I were involved in an accident with a man who lived in Texas but came to Washington and borrowed his daughters car and crashed into us.They both had their own insurances. Otto never filed against the daughters insurance telling us that he did not know if he could file against the daughters insurance because the father borrowed the daughters car and it usually is the other way around, the child borrowing the parents car. He would look into this and let us know what he found. 5 years later Otto still has no idea if he could have filed.Or he says that. We found out very easily we could have and it should have been the first insurance to file against. When he told my wife and I this it was 3 months beyond the time frame to file. Was that a lie? We have to believe it was,the first of many with Otto. How could an attorney with 30 years of experience not know this? He told me that he lost me out of a possible large settlement because he did not file in time.He then steered the conversation elsewhere so I would not be upset. He is very good at making you very confused. He told my wife and I he was going to give us the whole settlement. Obviously because he knew he messed up tremendously. When it came time to give us the money he lied again and said he did not remember. When confronted later he finally remembered and said it was contingent upon a lot of variables. LIAR ,there was no variables and I have a witness. My wife. He delayed 2 of my childrens cases for a year with no communication to them at all during that time. When asked why the delay he blamed me. Saying there were issues between us. If there was why did he not let his clients know of this? How long was he going to delay them? Yet my third child in the accident asked him how he could work on her case during the same time frame that he said he could not work on her siblings case? He went blank stared at the ceiling trying to think of a way out of this LIE and could not and finally said he was totally responsible for everything. Only when he got caught in his lie did he admit the truth.Do anything to make it right? NO WAY. He actually billed my 2 children for things during that same time frame he said he could not do anything. That is unethical. He admitted he did not do anything but he still tried to get money for nothing? SICKENING and PATHETIC.Our experience with this unprofessional person was HORRENDOUS. He lied to us so many times we do not know when he is telling us the truth. If he saw my children in the store is when he would tell them to call his office and set up a meeting as he had more info on their cases. Ridiculous. He tries to come across as your friend but the whole time we found him a deceitful liar. He did not keep his promises, he delayed our cases, he lied and deceived us all so much we will never use his services again even if he was the last attorney on this planet.
