5 /5 Hal Mason: Mr. Terry Abeyta of ABEYTA NELSON INJURY LAW recently concluded my case regarding an injury I sustained. From our first interview about the case to our final meeting my wife and I found Mr. Abeyta to be profoundly easy to talk to about all of the ramifications concerning the injury. At all times Mr. Abeyta listened to what we had to say and answered our questions directly. The legal assistant we had to help with the insurance claims, legal issues and MCS, Ms. J. Baken, was very easy to talk to and was quick and proficient throughout the whole process. We at all times during the entire process truly felt that ABEYTA NELSON LAW was right on top of the proceedings and represented us to the best of their ability. This has been a very difficult year for everyone dealing with the public and the pandemic. Mr. Abeyta and staff were able to keep up with the details and proceedings of my case using Zoom meetings to keep us informed of progress. The extra effort involved to carry on during the Covid-19 pandemic and keep us informed was reassuring. The final resolution of the case was very much to our benefit.
