Anna A Charges Consultation fee. We were pleased with the consultation which continued our services with them. During the consultation Mr. Alberto Garcia stated my case would take at the most 3 months. Services started in April and ended in November which took a total of 7 months. His secretary Laura was horrible! She was inexperienced in our type of case which lead to the long process altogether. Mr. Garcia seemed to always be out of the office, busy, on vacation, excuse after excuse (according to his secretary). Even with 2 scheduled appointments I was not able to have a meeting with him in regards to our dissatisfaction with the process. For my second scheduled appointment, after I waited at the office for 15 minutes Laura failed to inform me that Mr. Garcia was not even aware of the scheduled meeting and he was unavailable to meet. Finally, I stated to Laura I had it with them and that I was going to report their office to the State Bar. I was able to meet with Mr. Garcia and after that my case went into over drive and was completed within a month! Overall, I do not recommend The Law Office of Alberto Garcia because of the unprofessional environment.

He successfully navigated my case to a deferred adjudication, and 30 days later with no further violations, my citation was dismissed. A few hundred dollars for his expertise in resolving a citation for causing a $30K traffic accident saved me approx $4K in insurance premiums over 3 years. Super easy favorable resolution without me even having to step into the courthouse.

Hes a passionate man and he knows just the words it takes to paint a picture extremely accurately without even utilizing many words. Now thats real skill! Impressed is an understatement. He fought a very tough battle for my husband who at the time was being held in a ICE detention center in Georgia, states away from our home, during the holiday season .Other lawyers would not even give him a chance.Attorney Mo Idlibby told me that he would fight only as hard as I was willing. No it was not easy and but it was sooooo worth it. My husband was looking at 10 years of never able to return to the states. He also had many other things going against.
