Wells Fargo Bank - Seguin (TX)

1 /5 Nicholas P: I went into the Seguin branch on Monday 8/26 to order a new debit card because mine was expiring. I talked to a teller and a banker and they Updated my address even though they had the correct one on hand. They assured me that I would receive a new card would in 5-7 business days and that they do not issue instant temporary cards. It has been 8 business days and I have not received any updates or the card. I called CS today and rep said they didnt see any card being shipped. He was awesome and ordered a new card and authorized it to be to be used via my digital wallet. So here I am, having to take cash out with my ID for what will be 3 weeks unless the card doesnt arrive. I spent 40 mins at this branch and even sat down with an incompetent banker that didnt even send the card or mention the digital wallet version? He was a 40-50 year old man and was doing something on his computer for 15-20mins and all he did was change my mailing address and didnt even order it? Its 2024 and I shouldnt have to wait to acces my bank account at all let alone almost 2-3 weeks. I dont ever leave extremely negative reviews ever but I feel so stupid checking the mail everyday for something that was never going to be there. Also the fact that it wasnt mentioned that I could just access the new card via digital wallet and didnt have to wait. This was lazy customer service for an extremely simple problem. I am worse off for going into the branch instead of just calling a CS rep and that is sad. Maybe someone from this branch will see this and this problem wont happen to anyone else.

1 /5 Annie Barnes: On March 2nd, 2023, at around 3 pm, we went to deposit our this year tax returns check at our bank. Despite being customers for almost 20 years and having a great track record, our children were denied access to the bathroom. It is disappointing to be treated unwelcomingly by the teller, especially when we have been loyal customers. As hardworking parents, we deserve better service. We are now contemplating switching banks.

1 /5 Stacey Golightly: One person working the teller window with a line out the door. Do they really need someone greeting people and lying by telling us someone will be right with us? Ridiculous. I was told there would be a business line and I havent seen one.

1 /5 George Camacho: I would put a negative star is that was possible...Absolutely the worst bank I have ever used!!!! Always have an excuse or a reason why I can’t do a what I want with my money and forget helping with a Small Business loan or all things related.... definitely switching to another financial institution was the best thing I could ever do.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Rude customer service and tellers, when you get to the bank they cant and wont do anything and it’s always a different story/excuse!!!!
