2 /5 Larry Cook: On March 15 I attempted to use the ATM and both showed out of order my next move was to go through the drive through lanes and they were all closed. The time was 2 o’clock so I assumed the bank was closed so I tried to call and see what’s up 15 minutes later I got a real person who I could not understand due to a thick accent (call center) so I just gave up until I got back home 23 miles away. I tried again once I got home and it took about another 10 minutes to get trough to my local branch. They informed me that their system was down but it was up now. No problem. My complaint is the call center and the inept person I dealt with and the fact that no one at the local bank made an attempt to inform people their system was down. Extremely aggravating and time consuming. I’ve been at WF for 30 years through good times and bad but yesterday was unexceptionable. Extremely frustrating

1 /5 Mainaz Staggs: Have an issue with Wells Fargo. Deposit my personal check they put a 5 day hold. They got the money on9/5 from my personal account didn’t let me have the rest till 9/8 while stating that my personal account was negative making up lies. I have proof when they got the money cashed for $15K that was 9/5. I then when & got $10K cashier check the teller said she had to verify the fund, called my bank verified the cashier check & still put a hold on it. Very bad customer service. I have put a complaint & will go further with an action
