I had to sue one someone that had a loan who refused to pay a penny back, I won in court. While waiting for the court that morning, he asked me about the girlās response that she mailed in. Iām flabbergasted that he asked this considering this was the first Iād heard of it. I ended up winning that since I had proof of a contract she signed. Being sheās in another state, had to have the police dept serve her. When I asked if she had been served, he couldnāt tell me. I ended up having to go to court myself because my brother claimed I stole money from the trust, which I have proof of all contracts. The day of court, Ron comes to be and said he wasnāt sure about being my attorney! Say what?!?!? After giving him money many times throughout the years he just stops helping me? What a waste of time and money. I had earlier in the years sent him an email stating that he was fired and I wanted a breakdown of his charges. Never ever received anything from him. The other attorney ended up being a judge in a different county so I ended up back with Ron. Sadly. Donāt waste ur time and r money using him. Heās lost both cases for me and another for my daughter that he claimed he was perfect for helping us win each case.
