Richard Walker I finally found a bank with people who speak to you, follow up, thank you for being a client, and provide the kind of customer service you would expect from someone who handles your financial accounts. 26 years as a customer with B of A finally came to an ugly end, but thanks to the amazing professionals at First Financial Bank of Texas (and I have been to several locations) they are all pleasant and make banking hassle free.

The office manager was very pleasant and honest about the loan we were taking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in a similar position.
