5 /5 Stacey Delgado: This review is long overdue, but in the interim it has allowed me to gain perspective. I contacted Attorney Goodwill, after being involved in a motor vehicle accident, and from the beginning his assistant made everything so easy for me by facilitating the scheduling of all my medical and diagnostic appointments. All I had to do was schedule it and show up! I greatly appreciated that I could communicate via text and receive quick responses, and was always kept informed of what was going on with my claim. When the time came for my deposition, Attorney Goodwill was kind enough to talk me through what it would be like, to soothe my anxiety. I am so grateful that I found him! When I mentioned that I had gained perspective, what I meant by that was… unfortunately, I was involved in another MVA while riding with a friend. To make things easy I decided to go with the attorney of my friend’s choosing. HUGE MISTAKE!!! I basically had to do the leg work! For example, for every appointment, whether it was the Chiropractor, Imaging Center, Spine Specialist, etc., I had to be the one that reached out to the facility to request that THEY request the LOP from my attorney, so my visit would be covered. Why the attorney’s office was unable to just fax or email it, was beyond me. As far as communication and being kept in the loop… there was none unless I badgered them. I’m sharing this information for perspective. To give you an idea of the quality that a great Attorney and staff can provide, compared to what an ambulance chasing attorney and their staff provide. So if you are searching for a reputable firm to handle your legal issues, I highly recommend Attorney Goodwill with the West Law Firm.
