1 /5 Matt Harnly: I have been with Allstate for over 10 years with 3 home and 2-3 auto policies. I have had ongoing customer service issues with the Rushing Agency, and they have been no help the few times I have needed them. Because of that, I have decided to cancel all of my business with them. In doing so, I have called them every day for 5 days, with no answer, and left voicemails requesting a return call. They have NEVER called me back and its been over a week. I have emailed, but no response there either. I visited in person, but their office is locked. No response and no way to cancel without them. EVEN IF YOU WANT ALLSTATE, FIND ANOTHER AGENCY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE RUSHING AGENCY.
