I was wondering while I’m steady working, did Dane let his employees off after Father’s Day? So I called today and learned that he did. That solidified to me that I’m giving the RIGHT people my business! My claim can wait a day, do right by your people! Well done sir! I was a customer of Dane Macklemore when I lived in Paris years ago, after moving to Dallas and dealing with a few other agents, I asked State Farm to move me back to be a customer of Dane Macklemore. I am a car enthusiast, and as a result, I end up communicating a lot with my insurance agent. The agents here, Chris and Tammy, are always a pleasure to deal with and understanding of my exact needs. Richard Snow Worst insurance company. Line drops everytime you tell them to cancel the insurance. Rate increased just for changing my address (same driver, same car, moved 3 blocks away). Go figure.
