2 /5 Katherine Tanner: Lack of communication, lack of follow-through and unreliability come to mind in describing my short lived experience with this law firm. After several years in working with professional services, this is the first time Ive been compelled to write a negative review. As a client, one would expect at least one returned phone call or a copy of signed documentation upon request, but even these simple expectations were largely ignored. Thankfully, issues are now resolved (hence the second star) and I am happy to not seek legal services from this firm again. Clear communication and trust on both sides are key and I hope you can improve upon both in the future.
