1 /5 Nicole Elizabeth: I contacted this law firm to see if they would be willing to represent me. The lady quoted about $500/hr if they took my case (no mention of a "Consultation Fee"). She then asked me to send them some documents for the attorney to review. After sending the documents, I received an email stating that the lawyer "will be unable to assist" me with this matter & they kindly referred me to a different attorney. Then the kicker: I RECIEVED A BILL IN THE MAIL FOR $510 EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT TAKE MY CASE! Nobody told me I would get charged for them reviewing the documents, not over the phone or in any of the emails I received from Amanda Thomas. They only quoted the price once hired. This place is shady!

2 /5 lauren J.: in 2017 my family member had a lady bird Johnson deed drawn up. 2023, title company says the wording on the deed is wrong making it a life estate deed. Everyone named on the deed had to sign the sale and agreed to the money split. far different than a lady bird deed…… when I called the law office) they were more concerned about tell me that Mr Parker charged a fee for a phone call. what did i pay $800. for when he drew up the deed with improper wordage???? Go somewhere else!

2 /5 Katherine Tanner: Lack of communication, lack of follow-through and unreliability come to mind in describing my short lived experience with this law firm. After several years in working with professional services, this is the first time Ive been compelled to write a negative review. As a client, one would expect at least one returned phone call or a copy of signed documentation upon request, but even these simple expectations were largely ignored. Thankfully, issues are now resolved (hence the second star) and I am happy to not seek legal services from this firm again. Clear communication and trust on both sides are key and I hope you can improve upon both in the future.
