1 /5 Jessica Blakeney: Would absolutely not recommend. He charged us an outrageous amount because he said we would be going to trial then ended up not going to trial so we inquired about a refund for the amount we over payed and he said there would be no refund since he still had “time” on our case. But we hardly ever heard from him and when we did he was very rude and pushy like he just wanted us to take whatever to get our case over with. My husband actually negotiated his own plea deal and got it lowered which is something he should have done as an attorney who has our best interest at heart but no he didn’t. He told us about important information and dates literally just a week before, he showed up to court 10 min before it was due to start which left no time to speak in private about the case. And he grunted and acted annoyed when we asked to speak to him about questions we had. He openly mocked his other clients in the court room to his piers thinking if he spoke quietly enough no one would know what he was saying but we could. His communication skills were terrible! He would much rather sit and converse, joke, laugh with his lawyer friends during court then to take the time and handle his clients. This job is literally just a paycheck to him in my opinion and he does not have the clients best interest. It’s all about money.

5 /5 LaShawn Wright: I used Mr Mosher about 17 years ago for a child custody case. Hes an absolute BEAST. He comes out with guns blazing and he will fight for you. He helped me get my son and my ex never messed with me again after that. Mr Mosher tore my ex up. If you want someone to fight for you, hes the one.

1 /5 London Forrest: I if could give him a negative 1000 I would. He was very rude unprofessional. He talks to you like youre a burden or a peace of trash. Hes nice before he gets your money after that its over. He pretty much works for the DA not the person he suppose to be representing. In my opinion he acted like a racist towards my family. You can definitely tell hes one of the good ole boys. If youre a person of color you might want to think twice. In my opinion he needs to has his lawyer licenses revoked. Again Im saying how he treated my family. Freedom of speech right? Worse lawyer Ive met in my life.

1 /5 Alex B: I hired Mosher to possibly get early termination from probation. There was never any written contract or explanation of fees. I paid $700 up front of what was stated to be a $750 fee. He turned out to be a complete jerk so I didn’t trust him enough to go into court with me. I emailed him attempting to terminate the legal services. He stated that it wasn’t that simple because a motion had already been filed, and he would need to file a dismissal for the motion. I agreed, and attempted to get a refund for the services that weren’t provided because there was no hearing only a motion. He stated a refund would not be provided because he charged a flat fee. There was never a contract or explanation of fees before I paid him, and it wasn’t until after I attempted to get a refund that he explained the fee structure.

1 /5 Jenna Monroe: DO NOT HIRE him!!!! We hired this attorney to assist in a child custody case where a child had accused his mother of sexual abuse and I as the biological father wanted to fight for custody from a woman with MANY CPS cases against her. We knew our son was telling the truth as he stuck to his story for over a year. During the time we were fighting for custody and to keep our son safe he not only showed extreme negligence by not filing paperwork in a timely manner but also by not returning phone calls or providing information to us as needed. He even showed up to court 20 minutes late on one occasion! We were treated at all times like an after thought as he often went out of town to fight bigger better cases. He had NO interest in helping my son. We ended up FIRING him 3/4 through the case but instead of taking his firing gracefully he went to the court and asked to be removed because WE the client were unreasonable asking him to DO HIS JOB. Once the court case was over we found him out and about with the attorney who took the case for the mother of my child and we firmly believe he was working against us. We cannot prove it but we believe it as he never did anything to prove he worked for us. My son is now 10 years old and we are going through this AGAIN after the mother took the child and ran with him for 3 years. It is a real shame that a child had to suffer all of these years at the hands of a sorry excuse for an attorney. I hope you are Happy Mike Mosher, I hope you are happy! Hopefully now that we have means to hire a real attorney they can do what we paid you CASH to do and that is protect him!
