Steve Bolgiano Mr. Jenkins is a very out standing man with impeccable character. He graduated from Baylor law school and I think served on the board of regents at Baylor University. My cousin also graduated from Baylor and he too, is a respected man in Ellis county. I have decided to post this review so anyone else in Ellis county that gets him as a court appointed attorney can read this. I can tell you without a doubt that he will NOT represent you and that he does exactly what the DA tells him to. All attorneys are officers of the court first, and represent their clients second. But in my opinion, he is an officer of the court and does exactly what the DA wants regardless of the best interest of his "client." I was prepared to pay the top of the scale as far as the fine goes ($4,000) spend some time in jail, and be done with my mistake in Ellis county. But on my court date, it was "crammed down my throat " that I would pay a $950 fine with 2 years probation. Like I told him the first day we met, I, Steve Bolgiano am not a candidate for probation, but here I am. So if my probation gets "violated," I wonder if he will represent me for free. I seriously doubt it. Good luck to you.

David Tookes I would like to put the word out to anyone that is wanting to file for Social Security or Social Security Disability benefits. I was given Mrs. Jones name as a Social Security Attorney while I was in rehab for my knee. The person, I do not even remember his name, talk to me about his experience with Social Security and how Mrs. Jones help him obtain his Social Security benefits. To be honest, I thought he was just pulling my leg. At any rate, I made the appointment with Mrs. Jones, she took care of all the paperwork and I was able to get my benefits. It took time, that is just how government agencies are, but I am 100% happy with Mrs. Jones and her staff. I was really impressed that Mrs. Jones was able to, through the appeal process, move my onset date back much father than I expected. That made me very happy and resulted in almost 40k in back pay for me and my family. Each case is different, and your pay or entitlement to Social Security or Social Security Disability are comprised of many factors. I believed that having an experience attorney in your corner is a huge part of the process. So, if you are considering applying for your benefits, I would highly encourage you to reach out to Mrs. Jones and her staff, they will go above and beyond in helping you obtain any benefits you are entitled to.
