Colon county was trying to charge felony 2 charges on an empty and legally purchased cbd pen. Chris was understanding and welcomed collaboration and communication along the way. We received terrible plea deals from the prosecutors, trying to make us feel cornered. But Chris researched tirelessly, poking holes in every argument subpoenaing swaths of information that would surely have shed light on the predatory practices of using terrible policies to exploit tax payers and persecute otherwise law abiding citizens. He armed us with information, advised us on how we should deliberate our choices and served to give us the convictions to stick to our guns, giving us the confidence to trust in him and the process. Ultimately, Chris went to bat for us and sent the prosecutors running from our case with their tails between their legs and a full dismissal of the charges. I cannot recommend his services more. Other defenders we approached would have had us take the first offer and get out of their hair. Chris never backed down from the fight. He’s a credit to the profession. Honest, humble, forthright, hardworking and cordial.
