1 /5 Kevin Banbury: I would rate him a zero if I could. Basically did absolutely nothing for 30k....nothing! Zero communication and utter disorganization from this guy and his secretary. Thought he was a criminal defense attorney however after hiring him its as though hes still working for the DAs office. Dont be fooled. Definitely would not recommend him. "2023 update" In response to Paul Hermanns comments regarding my review one year later...not sure where to start. For Paul Hermann to go on social media and post that about my son "caused the death of a father and a daughter and one small child to be a quadriplegic " is quite troubling in itself. Is this Paul Hermann the defense attorney or Paul Hermann the DA? Because I was under the impression I was hiring a defense attorney....do the math folks. Pretty obvious which one I hired . On our initial consultation with Paul Hermann we were very fourth coming and point blank about what we were looking to achieve that we were unhappy with prior attorneys handling of our case and were not happy with the plea that prior attorney brought and presented to us. We sought Paul Hermann out because we felt there was not enough information and to many unanswered questions left from prior attorney and the plea that was offered was too harsh due to what we knew. Paul Hermann led us to believe that he could definitely get something done that there was way to many unanswered questions that a case of this nature should have a file 2 tall not 2" tall. I hired Paul Hermann on the premise that he was going to change or do his best due diligence to represent my son and minimize the sentence....he did absolutely no due diligence at all. My son wasnt facing Life Mr. Hermann! do your due diligence....the plea you brought him was the same as the first attorney ...you did nothing, however your post makes it look like you saved him from a life in Prison....you did nothing but offer him his prior plea from the previous attorney...my only regret was you duped me into giving 30,000 dollars and If I knew you felt he was guilty we could have walked away and and retained the legal services of a real defense attorney that would have done his best due diligence to represent my son. Do you really think I would have given you 30K if you had told me you thought my son was guilty?! Current attorney concurs there was no due diligence done on his case and outcome probably would have been the same with a public defender. Shame on you. Yes, I love my son and everyone deserves proper representation you sir did nothing.
