Margarita Salvatore If you retained an attorney and can never reach them or have had to deal with rude staff or have no idea how your case is going you need to FIRE them and retain Juan Uraga!!!!! Ive dealt with 5 attorneys here in El Paso and moving forward Mr. Uraga will be the only attorney I retain or recommend! He is extremely knowledgeable and so well mannered when explaining processes and legal information to his clients. He and his office are very responsive and helpful when youre reaching out with questions. He got me the results I needed for both of my cases but also was very helpful in making sure I understood my options and the potential outcomes. He kept me well informed the entire length of my cases and made sure I was comfortable with how the case was progressing. This entire office gets 20 stars from me!

lucian p Best defense firm there is dismissed my felony possession case so fast. Was shocked when my lawyer told to me just walk out in just 5 minutes he got there because the case was dismissed. Would call again if I get in any trouble. Lovely people

Topher White I retained Elisabeth Llamas for a custody dispute. I could not have been happier. She was helpful, honest, and available. I see a lot of negative comments about money on this thread, but I was never hassled for payment, nor was I billed aggressively. My experience was overwhelmingly positive and I highly recommend Prater, Ridley, & Llamas.

Sonya Smith I thankfully don’t have much need for a lawyer, but when the time came, I’m glad we found Springer and Lyle! They were very caring and helpful. Usual turnaround on a correspondence was not usually longer than a couple of days. Mr. Lyle even came to the dedication for my son on September 17, 2024. The City of Denton named the day after my son, and he was honored for his courage, bravery and actions on the day of the automobile accident. Taylor was always very cheerful and ready to help even if it was to just sit and listen to me tell her my frustrations. My family would definitely refer them if we come across anyone needing a personal injury lawyer.

Dylan Richeson I hired Mr. Turner for a criminal attorney In December of 2020. At this time I was incarcerated and the one and only time I ever spoke with Mr. turner was to negotiate a price. I had two charges and he informed me both were felonies when one was a felony and the other was a misdemeanor. He wanted $4500 which was agreed on. Then the felony was dropped and the price was then $2500. I was incarcerated for 5 months during this time I never spoke with Mr turner or his law office while incarcerated to discuss my case obtain a statement on what had happened or inform me of anything in my case. I received 5 letters from his office one being the letter informing me he is no longer legal counsel due to me firing him for not doing his job to the best of his ability being very unprofessional to my fiancé and telling us if we continue to call he will start charging us for every call. In the letter I received he stated that his work more than Exceeded the $2500 we paid Mr turners office and they did the best they could. I do not recommend using Mr Turner or his legal team for anything unless you want to be ripped off.

Omar Hafez Tim Powers and co. are really professional and on top of everything. They are a larger law firm full of different attorneys. I personally had experience with Grace Wren who was assigned to handle my case. She was excellent. Kind, professional, and was able to get me the outcome I was hoping for. Highly recommended. I also dealt with her Legal Clerk and the front office staff many times and they were always quite helpful.
