Super helpful and was even briefed on other insurance policies that could be taken into consideration for the future. Thy Phan It was my first experience with Superior Insurance but Im already looking forward to being their clients in the future. I talked to agent Luke regarding refund problems and some insurance processes. I hate talking to insurance agents sometimes due to their attitudes, but I promise you Luke made my experience so much better, smoothsailing and enjoyable. He explained things in great details, helped me understand problems and even advise me better options WHILE maintaining a calm, kind, helpful tone of voice.
