1 /5 Kim Pearson: When I decided to switch to TFB, the agent, Denise P said she had the paperwork ready and I just needed to run by for 10 minutes to sign paperwork and it would be "a done deal". I was there 2+ hours. First RED flag. She never properly processed anything & I unknowingly was without ins for months. Second agent, Sheri S was no better. Never available to answer calls, gave me the run around, then suddenly quit working there. I switched to another Ins Agency and it took 5 months to receive my refund from TFB. I will never use this Co again. In addition, DP, promised a gift card to the member who referred me...he never received one. No surprise
