1 /5 Kasi Costello: My husband is 100% disabled veteran with mental difficulties. This state now has refused to correct his child support amount for TWENTY TWO MONTHS, while he’s on a fixed income. He is now in FALSE arrears, making us unable to buy a house and putting him at risk for a warrant, eventually. Is this how you treat a THREE time war vet???!!!! I’ve blasted every congressman, governor and news station in the country this week and I hope every one of them exposes this insanity. I hope the lawsuit gives my husband what he deserves after being hospitalized due to a stress heart attack, and me getting to pick him up from suicidal episodes because he feels there is no hope. I don’t know HOW your people keep jobs. Here In OK it takes THIRTY days to adjust support , and your state could probably hire a chimpanzee and get a better job done.

1 /5 HotLatino 72: This place is worthless. I thought they help the custodial parent but instead all they say is they are not attorneys. You want something done you gotta hire your own private attorney. Otherwise you wait for the 3 year mark. Thats right. They dont have to do a damn thing for you until the three year mark is up again to take your ex back to court. Why do we need them? I say this place is a waste of tax payers money and should be eradicated. Smh. Just to get my ex to start paying the minimum of child support I myself had to do the leg work and show that she was working under the table. I got the proof. Not them. I did the legs work. I handed them the pictures of her working. They never investigated her. Im not hating on them personally because idk what they are allowed to do or not do but as from what I saw. They dont do much. My ex is 6000$ behind and I can not get them to help. I have to deliver my son every two weeks but she doesnt have to pay. How fair is that? I continue on delivering my son cause I want my son to know both his parents and so he can make his own decisions. Im not here to turn him against his mom. I just want them to help make her start paying and they dont. I need help sometimes. Housing feeding and clothing two kids isnt easy! But I do it cause I love my babies and if I dont eat or have clothes to wear. I damn guarantee they will. Well its going on 3 years. Lets see what happens this time in court. Hopefully they put her in jail for a few days to make her realize that this child support serious. Cause right now. She doesnt. Sry to have to say this but Im done. Smh.

2 /5 Robin Morrison: I needed to verify that they received an email that I was told that I needed to send. They never answered and their phone transferred me to the 1-800#. There needs to be a better way to get in touch with a real live person

1 /5 Jose Ramirez: They suck when it says cease immediately and the financial have had this paper work for over two weeks is sad that’s why the attorney general sucks and is horrible than you have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for a check sad yall suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
