When I finally called back, I spoke with Lucy, who finished setting up my account with exceptional customer service. I chose to pay off the loan early since I’m actively working to improve my credit score and wanted to reflect a loan in good standing. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the interest rate was, and even better, I received a $50 discount on the interest for paying off early. Due to their excellent customer service, competitive interest rates, and patient, helpful staff, I will only use Tower Finance Co. if I ever need another loan in the future. Highly recommended!

Amy G-Z I love this bank. Have been with them for 11 years and have zero complaints. I’m not really understanding all these negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always been so helpful to me and friendly when I’ve gone in. I have never been charged a single fee in all the years I’ve been with them. The only thing that’s inconvenient is that there’s not more locations now that I no longer live in the island. Other than that, they’re open 7 days a week and much later than any other financial institution. This means no matter my schedule, I’m likely able to make it in if I ever need anything. I would recommend banking with them to anyone I know.
