1 /5 Rem Molt: I refinanced my Auto loan with TDECU and its now the worst decision I have made in life. Nothing can be resolved with 1 phone call. I went to the bank, 5 calls over the phone spanning 3 weeks and the issue with my insurance which I provided them has still not been resolved. I have been charged an extra $600 from TDECU yet to be refunded. This is my first credit union and the experience has left me scarred to say this least. Once this is resolved hopefully, I will be switch my loan company as I cannot find it in me to trust TDECU. A customer should not have to deal with this much for an issue to be resolved.
