Prime Financial Services - Dallas

Denise Hunt Customer Service is lacking. I pay my bills on time, the only reason my account went to collections was because the office never sent me a invoice. They tokd me 8 months later I had an outstanding balance and refused service. After contacting Prime Financial, I find out that the invoices were being sent to an address I havent lived at for 8 eight years. When trying to resolve the balance its extremely inconvenient that they have no website and you can only pay over the phone or snail mail. If your on a payment plan it takes them forever to send you an updated statement showing a payment was made and updated in their system. Methodist needs to do better with who they choose to handle their collections.
